Consequently, demolition and complete reconstruction were deemed necessary. The new facility will feature reinforced concrete frames and glulam timber roofing, incorporating advanced insulation technologies and energy-efficient building systems. <\/li>\n<li>The remaining existing structures will be renovated and repurposed for specific functions, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>An energy management system will be implemented, including photovoltaic panels and heat pump systems, to promote energy efficiency and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Acoustic barriers and soundproofing measures will be integrated to ensure a high level of environmental comfort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;
