Safety Coordination During the Design Phase

Safety during construction is a top priority for us. Our design-phase safety coordination service involves planning all necessary measures to prevent on-site accidents. A crucial part of the design process concerns how the work will be carried out safely for the workers. This is what we call “safety design.”

This process begins with a thorough understanding of the project and results in the definition of design and organizational strategies that ensure workers’ safety.

We develop detailed safety plans and draft the Health and Safety Coordination Plan (PSC), which outlines operational phases and identifies potential hazards. In addition, we prepare the Safety File —a document containing all the necessary information for risk prevention throughout the life cycle of the building.

Fire Safety

Fire safety is one of our top priorities. . We ensure fire prevention by designing comprehensive protection systems, including fire suppression systems, alarms, extinguishers, and escape routes.

Each building is equipped with a system that guarantees safety against fire hazards, protecting both people and property. In addition to designing these systems, we also handle all the necessary documentation to obtain the Fire Prevention Certificate, working closely with the local Fire Department to ensure full compliance with regulations.

Our firm also designs according to international NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards for life safety and fire suppression systems.
